All of our menu prices exclude VAT. VAT will be charged where applicable in keeping with current VAT regulations.
We require all first orders to be settled in advance of the day of delivery by credit card. Following successful completion of your first order, we may be able to set up a credit account. Please speak to our sales team on 020 7619 7788. The payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
Orders can be placed by phone or e-mail from 8am until 5.30pm for next day delivery, We are happy to process late orders received after 5.30pm for next day delivery, however we cannot guarantee delivery time, or specific food selection. Our standard delivery areas are within Central London (W1, WC1, SE1, SW1. EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1, WC2, and W2) We will deliver outside these postcodes but there may be an additional charge, please call us to discuss your requirements. A flat rate fee of £5.00 will be added to the cost of each delivery in respect of a standard delivery charge.
We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery, if you are able to contact us before your food is prepared we will be able to cancel your order without charge. However, if the food has been prepared you will be subject to a full charge.
How to Order
Ordering could not be easier. Once you have setup an account orders can be placed by phone or email (Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm). To open an account call us for more information. Hiring/loaning Equiment From us
From time to time customers may hire or loan catering equipment from us, during the period of the hire/loan the customer has the responsibility to use the equipment for its intended purpose and keep the equipment in a safe location until it can be collected by Sands. Any losses or damage caused will be charged at the full replacement cost.
